We’ll have short breaks and 1 hour break for lunch.
No food is included with the workshop fee. You are free to be on your own or to join the group at the nearby Cloud Cafe while on a lunch break (5 mins from a studio).
What to bring:
A DSLR, mirrorless / medium format digital camera or analog camera, and basic knowledge of how to use it.
A laptop to take notes, transfer files (optional).
An external hard drive or flash drive for file transfers (optional).

About Sergei Sarakhanov:
Sergei Sarakhanov (b.1988) is a talented Kyiv-based photographer, movie director and teacher who focuses on the unrealized potential of creativity that is available in each and every one of us. Sergei is known for creating “Human Visuals”, a style of photography when the photographer acts as an artist, a visual storyteller, using a variety of practices to tell the stories about people. Graduate of Saint-Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts, he holds photography workshops all over the world, his publications can be found in Vogue and Playboy across Ukraine & Russia, as well as in the French magazine Le Négatif, Germany's weekly newspaper “Die Zeit”, etc.
Sergei implements projects that tell about the diversity of people's inner emotions, their destiny, life experience and creative activity. Sergey has worked with such extraordinary personalities as David Lynch, Yasmine Hamdan, Fin Greenall (Fink), Sergei Polunin, Ralph Appelbaum, Pierre Dukan, Janusz Leon Wisniewski, Jamala, Renata Litvinova, Lyudmila Ulitskaya, Vera Polozkova and many others.
Sergey is the author of unique training programs of portrait and mobile photography. When interacting with the students, he pays maximum attention to the awareness of their photographic process and the content of their photos. Besides the regular shooting activity, Sarakhanov holds the master classes, lectures and workshops and tutors his students individually. Since 2010 he has held over 100 workshops and about 30 courses as a teacher.

The work was honorably mentioned by David Clark, who is the head of the photographic direction of the gallery Tate (London). In 2018 Sergei was invited as a speaker to Talks at Google program sharing a story about "Modern Photography in Today's High-Speed Digital World".
