This is your one and only opportunity to spend great time cooking, learning tips on healthy and tasty meals preparation in a four hour long workshop with Polish bestselling author Iwona Zasuwa nominated for the best cookbook 2018 at World Cookbook Fair - Gourmand International - Gourmand Awards 2018 for her book: “Smakoterapia” (Taste Therapy).
The workshop will take place in Sova Vegan Butcher restaurant, unique fine dining vegan restaurant in Dublin. Iwona will present her recipes, share with you her wealth of knowledge on healthy and tasty cooking and talk about her experiences. She will be joined by Bart Sowa our own Dublin vegan chef.
Iwona Zasuwa is not only renowned author but she is also a performer, singer and has spent many years on stage touring with Poland’s best acts. She has recently also performed in Dublin’s Vicar street alongside Irish folk legends Kila.
Her adventure with healthy, vegetable cuisine has started, in her own words, with the love to her son, whose allergies prompted her to start exploring how to cook only the tastiest meals, and create recipes that anyone will enjoy while freeing the plate from gluten, dairy and sugar.
