Join Kate in Studio B for a high intensity dance fitness class like no other. Forget choreography, this is not the class to try perfect your steps. High Energy Dance is all about movement! It's a fusion of different dance styles: from Bollywood, through Jazz, to Dance-Hall. Expect creative dance challenges in a welcoming atmosphere with no limits.
"But I can't dance..."
The class is open to all dance levels - I believe that anyone can be a dancer the moment they start being playful with their body and to let it flow with music.
"What do I need to wear?"
Clothing in which you will be comfortable doing all sorts of jumping, shaking and twerking. Oh, and sport shoes!
"What do I need to bring?"
Lots of water and a towel - we will be sweating a lot!

About the teacher:
Kate created High Energy Dance over 1 year ago, as a result of her love of dancing the time away in the endless number of dance styles she practices, such as Salsa, Reggaeton, Dancehall, African dance, Ballet, Jazz, and Latino.
In her class, Kate plays with the energy of music and group movement together, while facilitating creative dance challenges. Her new dance class concept has received extremely positive feedback, due to her unique approach to dance-as-a-sport, and its effect on self-acceptance and creativity.
