A black supernatural comedy-drama that unfolds over an increasingly unhinged dinner party. The Only Car With Wings by Cáit Moloney

The New Theatre, 43 East Essex Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2 · Thursday 28 January 2027 · 7.30pm (doors 7pm) · Free, booking required · Unreserved seating

An exploration of fallible memory, its ever-changing presence between siblings, and the collective sin that bleeds from grief. Non-linear and, in the writer's words, resembling drunken recall – and also a comedy, of sorts.

The Administered Death of Mister Yermen Spenstick by Pádraig O'Connor

The New Theatre, 43 East Essex Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2 · Wednesday 3 February 2027 · 7.30pm (doors 7pm) · Free, booking required · Unreserved seating

An allegorical drama set in a warped hospital where two friends are held against their will. It asks how fear, bureaucracy and language erode freedom under the guise of care – the cost of safety, the seduction of compliance, and the quiet violence of systems that insist they know best.

Bury The Wren by Rachel Mae Brady

The New Theatre, 43 East Essex Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2 · Thursday 4 February 2027 · 7.30pm (doors 7pm) · Free, booking required · Unreserved seating

Ana, an epigeneticist studying at Oxford, returns to Dublin for the anniversary of her mother's death. When her English fiancé arrives unannounced, time fractures, past visions and possible futures collide, and Ana must decide whether to break the pattern of familial silence or inherit a life that isn't hers.
