It also doesn’t flinch from pointing out the reality for those marginalised in an area in the throes of gentrification.

What to expect

Local guides lead you through the Liberties with their stories, yarns and knowledge. There are four chances to take part across festival week: two evening dates (Monday 20 and Wednesday 22 July at 6:00pm) and two morning dates (Friday 24 and Sunday 26 July at 11:00am). For the Monday 20 July date, doors open at 5:50pm.
