Colours in Motion is a fun, family-friendly dance showcase presented by Motion2Motion School of Dance, shining a spotlight on young local talent. After months of rehearsals, the students are ready to bring their energy and creativity to the stage at the O’Reilly Theatre. This vibrant production will feature an array of dance styles – from high-energy Hip Hop and sleek Commercial routines to graceful Ballet and expressive Contemporary pieces – all in one exciting show. It’s a celebration of everything these dancers have learned throughout the year, and they can’t wait to show off their skills in front of family, friends, and the wider community.

Attendees can look forward to a packed programme bursting with variety and youthful enthusiasm. Colours in Motion is split into two performances (matinée and evening), each showcasing different groups of Motion2Motion dancers from classes across Sandyford, Ballinteer, Mountown and more. You’ll see tiny tots dancing alongside seasoned teen performers, with a diverse line-up of routines that highlight multiple dance genres. From colourful group numbers to charming little ballerinas, every piece is delivered with heart and Dublin spirit. Expect lively beats, vibrant costumes, and plenty of local flair as these young dancers share their passion on stage.
