About the event
Join us in NIVAL for a lunchtime talk about the rise and fall of artists' studios in the Liberties and the wider Dublin city centre and the importance of recording artists' activities in the locality. This talk will be presented by NIVAL's Library Assistant, Aoife Ward, whose artistic practice with collaborator Eve Woods (jointly known as Con:temporary Quarters) is a collaborative project which brings attention to the use and availability of public space and the replacement of cultural and community spaces with large, closed developments.
