About the show
Ada Alma and Frieda Freytag are SAMUEL, a Dublin-based, female, multi-instrumentalist duo. Deeply narrative and cinematic, their evocative music — using vocals, piano, acoustic and electric cello, clarinet, melodica, double bass and cajon — is a striking fusion of classical-tinged acoustic instrumentation and layers of electronic soundscapes.
For these two nights they are joined by Rob Campbell on cello and double bass to celebrate the release of their first album, Oh Boy.
